From "old" make "new" ...... nanoproofed Special cleaning process for PV modules with heavily burnt-in soiling.
nanoproofed has developed a process that can be used to rebuild solar modules with heavily baked-on soiling.
The result is an optimized earnings situation, which corresponds to the new condition.
The procedure was tested by a "Mobile Flasher" from an external, independent testing company, the company Suncycle GmbH from Hamburg.
Here you can see First-Solar modules that have been tested with this method in cooperation with "juwi Operations & Maintenance GmbH".

Unbeatable: 90% "return" in 4 years on your investment in your own PV solar system
The latest values from our customer EWS GmbH & Co. KG unbeatable. 90% return in 4 years to invest in your own photovoltaic system.
The test plant invested € 2,900 for the coating, carried out by the team of nanoproofed GmbH with the nanoproofed Solar Photokat coating.
Coating was in May 2014.
From May 2014 to May 2016, the investment in the nanoproofed SolarPhotokat coating alone returned the investment of € 2,900.
From May 2016 to May 2018 an additional € 2,795.22 was generated. So altogether 5,710.92 € through the nanoproofed Solar Photokat coating.
Result: Anyone who owns a PV system by Netzgang before 2012 and has not been coated so far, can escape a lot of income.

Evaluation of a 5.2 MW turbine from France by Krannich Solar GmbH and Co.KG at the German border. Result: 8% performance increase
And once again it shows that the solar and photovoltaic coating from nanoproofed, the promised performance increases and in PV systems, the investment is profitable after 2-3 years, and the investment through the increase in performance, is balanced and then generated additional revenue ,
Results summarized: The plant parts left to us for processing ran from the beginning 2% to 16% worse and had 2 - 16% less yield thereby.
We have caught these differences, and vice versa, therefore, increasing the performance of e.g. October 2015 to October 2016 of 5-8%.
In July 2017, the non-coated part of the plant was cleaned and the values have not changed significantly. Therefore, one can assume a pollution level of about 1-2%.
After cleaning, it can be clearly seen that the coated part of the system, due to the self-cleaning effect, resembles the parts of the system. This demonstrates the self-cleaning effect. It is again about 6% between July 2017 and December 2017.

Another current evaluation of a PV system from RSI Rottaler Solar Invest GmbH with our "nanoproofed protection Solar Photokat" coating. Up to 9% increase in performance compared to uncoated equipment.
Results summarized: The parts of the equipment left to us for processing ran from 2% to 8% worse from the beginning and had 2 - 8% less yield thereby.
We have caught these differences, and vice versa, therefore, increasing the performance of e.g. August 2016 to August 2017 by 6-9%
In September / October 2017, the non-coated part of the plant was cleaned and the values have shifted again. Therefore, one can assume a pollution level of about 5-9%.
After cleaning, it can be clearly seen that the coated part of the system, due to the self-cleaning effect, resembles the parts of the system. As a result, the Selbstreinigunsgeffekt is detected. Between November 2017 and May 2018 it is now again 5-9%

Another evaluation, another PV open space plant from juwi Operations & Maintenance GmbH with our "nanoproofed protection Solar Photokat" coating.
7.5% increase in performance compared to uncoated equipment.
Results summarized:
The plant parts of an open-space plant which were handed over to us for processing were handed over to us for processing on 17.05.2013.
To date, the increase in performance is of course available. Evaluations are carried out by JUWI itself. So far, with best results of 7.5% performance increase on average over the complete years and not just for a few months.
