nanoproofed® protection 1K Industrie Einbrennlack is a one component varnish to produce a transparent coating with high resistance against scratches and chemicals. nanoproofed® protection 1K Industrie Einbrennlack excellently prevents the surface from aggressive conditions such as industrial atmosphere, environmental influences or UV-radiation. nanoproofed® protection 1K Industrie Einbrennlack is resistant against fuels, oils, fats, organic solvents and many chemical substances. The treated surface will be easier to clean and exhibits a long lasting shiny appearance.

 

 

nanoproofed® protection 1K Entform & Gleitlack is a baking varnish, modified by the sol-gelprocess, with extremely good anti-sticking and sliding properties. nanoproofed® protection 1K Entform & Gleitlack is a one component baking coating, which is stable up to temperatures of 250°C. The coating has good corrosion protection abilities for metal surfaces and develops a hydroand oleophobic surface. The surface has a very low coefficient of friction, is very robust, resistant against chemicals and has a high anti-sticking-effect. The coating with nanoproofed® protection 1K Entform & Gleitlack facilitates the demoulding process in the plastic processing to a high degree, whereas a chromating of the substrate is not necessary.

 

nanoproofed® protection 1K HT Industrie Einbrennlack is a one component baking varnish, which can be modified by the Sol-Gel-process. The coating is stable up to a temperature of 650°C. The mechanically and chemically resistant coating forms a hydrophobic surface and thereby protects the metal from corrosion and dirt. A chromating of the surface to be coated is not necessary.
